7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Original brand tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item passes quality inspection at our fulfillment warehouse, refunds are initiated within 48 hours directly to the original payment source via Razorpay. The amount usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they enter the Packed / Shipped state. To cancel, please reach out to our Customer Care helpline with your Order Number.
